Switching Themes – Cart Not Working
If your cart drawer stops working after switching to a new theme, don’t worry—it’s usually just a settings issue.
When you switch to a new Shopify theme, the app block for Oxify Cart Drawer may not be enabled by default. Without this, the cart functionality won’t appear properly.
How to Fix It
- Go to your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes.
- Click Customize on your active theme.
- In the Theme Customizer, navigate to the section where the cart drawer should appear.
- Look for the App Blocks section.
- Turn on Oxify Cart Drawer.
- Save your changes.
Your cart drawer should now be working on your new theme.
